When and where will the event take place?

The 28 Logistics Meeting will take place on April 14–15, 2026, in the city of São Paulo.

What is the profile of attendees and participating companies?

Participants include executives from supply chain, operations and logistics, procurement, and commercial areas within the petrochemical and chemical industries.

Most attendees represent petrochemical and chemical producers and distributors, importing and exporting companies, logistics service providers, port terminals, and logistics operators.

What is the registration fee?

Registration fees per person are:

Member companies: Early bird: USD 450. Post early bird: USD 570.
Non-member companies: Early bird: USD 535. Post early bird: USD 670.

Those registered for the 28 Logistics Meeting may apply the registration fee as partial payment toward registration for the Annual Meeting. This benefit is non-transferable.

When does registration open?

Registration opens on March 3, 2026.

Until when can I register for the Logistics Meeting?

Online registration is available at any time. Once the meeting has started, on-site registration will also be available at the Registration Desk.

Until when is the Early Bird rate valid?

The Early Bird rate is valid until March 20, 2026. From March 21 onward, the full rate applies.

How can the registration fee be paid?

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

What are group discount rates?

Special rates are available for groups of 3, 5, or 10 participants attending on behalf of the same company.

When should the group discount be requested?

Before completing the individual registrations for group participants.

How can the group discount be requested?

Please email logistica@apla.lat with the following information:

  • Number of participants.
  • Payment method.
  • Whether payment will be individual or a single payment for the full group.

Important: Once a group discount rate has been applied, the number of participants must be respected.

Is there a refund if I cancel my registration?

Yes, refunds are subject to the following deadlines:

Until March 24, 2026: 70 % refund

From March 25 to April 6, 2026: 50 % refund

From April 7, 2026 onward: no refunds

No refunds will be issued in cases of no-show.

Can I substitute my attendance with another colleague from the same company?

Yes, participant substitutions within the same company are allowed at no additional cost.

When are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed after the meeting has concluded.

Cancellation refund policy

If the registrant wishes to apply the refund credit (according to the applicable percentage) toward future registrations, it may be used for any of the next three APLA meetings.

  1. If the registrant belongs to an APLA Annual Contributing Member Company, the credit may be used by the company for a future registration and transferred to another employee of the same company.
  2. If the registrant belongs to an APLA Annual Contributing Non-Member Company, the credit is non-transferable.

Refund processing fees

Please note that refunds are subject to the following administrative fees:

  • Credit card payments: a 7 % administrative fee will be retained.
  • Bank transfer payments: USD 60 will be retained for bank administrative fees.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is smart business. Jackets and ties are not required.
